Sunday Skills Programme
For 2025, Prebbleton Football Club is excited to annouce the introduction of our Sunday Skills programme for junior and youth players (U9-U14 players).
Sunday Skills focuses on individual player development and the essential football skills required
to be a confident, productive, and effective footballer.
At Sunday Skills, players work on their fundamentals of:
● Passing & receiving
● Dribbling & ball mastery
● Shooting
● Defending as an individual, and more.
Each session consists of skill-building activities and fun small-sided games delivered in a social
and supportive environment. Players will also be encouraged to practice independently with
take-home exercises and personal challenges.
Sunday Skills is open to motivated players of all abilities who are keen to develop their technical
skills further. The programme is a great way for players to get extra practice and will help them
prepare for their season.

Note on age groups in football
Football age groups are defined by the age the player is turning due the calendar year. A player turning 11 in July should play in U11 group. Players whose birthdays fall in the last three months of the calendar year (October to December) are eligible to play down an age group without dispensation during the usual winter football season.
